The TL;DR (Plain English)
This is basically a legal cover-up for our asses. All content on Abjad is user-generated; we have no control over what people publish. We will terminate wikis that involve pornography, scamming, or illegal activities. Most wiki repositories are open-source on GitHub—you can see exactly who made every edit. If you find something bad, report it to the host (GitHub/Gitlab) and contact us to terminate the subdomain.

Zero Tolerance
We do not support scamming, pornography, or substance-use wikis. These are terminated on sight.
Privacy First
We love our users and don't collect data on you, except for necessary caching cookies and basic anonymous analytics.
Decentralized Content
ABJAD representatives have no idea what people write. It's all hosted on open-source platforms like GitHub and GitLab. We write nothing except our own documentation.
Shared Knowledge
We are a system for sharing USEFUL knowledge. We don't support any specific ideology or movement shared by users.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Abjad.wiki operates strictly as a subdomain routing and rendering service. By utilizing this service, you acknowledge that Abjad.wiki, its developers, and its representatives ("The Providers") act as a neutral conduit for information. The Providers do not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, or select/modify the information contained in the transmission. Under no circumstances shall The Providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service.
2. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
The Service allows for the display of content hosted on third-party repositories including but not limited to GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. This means that you, and not Abjad.wiki, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Abjad.wiki does not control the content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
3. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Abjad.wiki and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
4. CONTENT MODERATION & TERMINATION
While Abjad.wiki does not pre-screen Content, Abjad.wiki and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Abjad.wiki and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
5. DATA PRIVACY & COOKIES
Abjad.wiki collects minimal personal data. We utilize local storage and cookies strictly for functional purposes (session management, language preferences) and non-identifiable analytical purposes to improve service performance. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
